We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with affiliates and partners to enhance collaboration and drive revenue.
• Negotiate and optimize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular performance reports to partners.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive agency strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships and affiliate collaborations to expand market reach.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to improve campaign performance.
• Set revenue targets and work towards achieving and exceeding them through effective partner management.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and maximize customer value.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in affiliate management, partnership development, or a related role within the sports betting or online gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of sports betting trends, affiliate marketing dynamics, and partnership strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
