Job Description

• We are seeking a talented Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menu items in accordance with the restaurant's concept and standards.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including scheduling and labor cost control.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu development.

Qualifications

• Culinary Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
