Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with over 2 years of experience for our client to join our Growth and Marketing Department.
• As a key team member, you will be crucial in shaping our brand's visual identity and supporting our marketing efforts through compelling graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Design marketing materials including but not limited to social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, infographics, presentations, and print collateral.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
• Create eye-catching visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialised projects.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a digital asset library for easy access to design resources.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving design processes and workflows within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas visually.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects is required.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain industry is a plus, but not required.
