Legacyplus group is a conglomerate of agricultural, media and real estate company with her head office at Victoria Island.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, including cleaning common areas, restrooms, and workspaces.
• welcomes guests
• Handle office equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, organization, and inventory management.
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other support duties
• Coordinate with vendors for cleaning supplies, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Act as a point of contact for building maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in office assistance, cleaning, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must reside on the Island.
• Preferably a male for gender balance.

Salary
N35,000 monthly.
