Job Description

• The real estate investment manager will beresponsible for researching and evaluating investment opportunities in the real estate market.
• You will analyze market data and trends, identify potential opportunities, and make recommendations to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the investment industry
• CFA or other financial certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to understand complex financial concepts and models
• Able to research and evaluate investment opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets and investment tools
• Ethical and trustworthy.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
