Job Description
The Business Development Officer is to be:

• Responsible for market research, proposal creation and management of new and existing projects.
• Responsible for valuable lead generation and follow-up, as well as closing new business deals
• Responsible for drafting sales contracts in compliance with law-established rules and guidelines
• Responsible for setting and following through with yearly goals and objectives, ensuring that monthly targets are met.
• Responsible for identifying company opportunities and following through with harnessing them, while marketing the company's products.
• Responsible for providing business development counsel and support to other areas of the business where needed.
• Responsible for maintaining company standards and augmenting her reputation amongst competitors
• Responsible for analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
• Responsible for providing training and mentoring to other members of the team

Requirements

• B.Sc, B.A, HND in Management, Social Sciences or Humanity field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or any related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Innovative and creative thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commendable business acumen.

Remuneration

• N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
