A newly established Lubricant Blending Company dully incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 at the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria to offer Production and Sales of Lubricant products is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: Kano

Requirements

• BSc in Science, Technology, or Engineering Degrees; relevant post-graduate degree will be an advantage.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership 10 years as a baseline.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting.
• Good knowledge of retail dynamics will be important.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among management and other employees.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
• Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
• Proficient in analyzing complex situations and troubleshooting day-to-day operational challenges effectively to ensure continuous production flow.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Display a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of objectively evaluating options and scenarios to identify and address issues before they escalate.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Quality management and ISO standard as preference.
• Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office Package.
