We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cutter - Boat Building

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Cutter will cut, shape and assemble materials using hand and power tools. The work includes: Making moulds. Building the frame of the boat.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND Mechanical Engineering (Production)or other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years boat cutting experience, preferably within the Marine sector
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in composite boat building
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Technical:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
• experience in Quality Management oversight or process management will be an advantage

Non-Technical:

• Detail Oriented
• Physically strong
• Competent in the use of hand tools
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task
• Pro-active, adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
