Job Title: Structural Supervisor

Location: Lekki / Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage structural design, interior architecture, and finishing work on construction projects within the real estate sector.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all structural elements and finishing details.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to interpret design plans and execute structural requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines.
• Address and resolve structural challenges and finishing issues promptly to prevent delays and maintain project efficiency.
• Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve optimal performance and quality workmanship in all phases of the project.
• Communicate project requirements, expectations, and updates effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
• Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance structural integrity, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal in construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, procurement of materials, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and successful project delivery.
• Uphold a culture of quality, attention to detail, and professionalism in all aspects of structural supervision and finishing work.

• Ensure precise execution of structural designs and interior architecture plans.
• Maintain high-quality finishing standards in all construction projects.
• Efficiently resolve structural challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural supervision within the real estate and construction industry.
• Proven track record of overseeing structural and finishing work in residential or commercial projects.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in managing diverse construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful completion of projects with high-quality finishing.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools.
• Certification in construction management or related field is an advantage.
• Thorough understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling construction challenges effectively.

N200,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
