St Ives is a multi-specialist hospital which opened in 1996.The hospital offers dedicated specialist services in all matters of women, children and family health, managed by a group of consultants in Obsterics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Medicine & Surgery. Our Mission is to provide an advanced competitive IVF and Fertility Service of international standard with a high pregnancy rate at an affordable cost to couples.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
• Assisting patients with filling out forms and answering their questions
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
• Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
• Monitor, organize and forward emails.
• Maintain client records and files onElectronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Keeping the front desk or office organized and running smoothly
• Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for patients
• Calling patients to remind them of their appointments

Job Requirements

• HND or BSc degree in related fields
• Candidates must have 3 - 4 years experience
• Excellent people management skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindest
• Experience with EMR.
