Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our firm, an indigenous company that has distinguished itself in the cleaning service industry.
• Be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the professional cleaning firm, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in cleaning service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth running of all locations by ensuring that our team of ambassador perform and deliver excellent professional service to our clients.
• Ensures that the daily cleaning activities are carried out in all sites, working and supervising the Ambassadors to ensure a high degree of cleanliness in all designated sites.
• Responsible for notifying the SOM on any problems with a view to resolve same within 24 hours. Plan, arrange and execute trainings, induction, on the job training for our ambassadors.
• Plans and execute one-off job e.g. Fumigation, Deep Cleaning, across all locations.
• Responsible for building and improving process based on company business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree / Higher National Diploma in Business Management or Social Science. A degree in facility management is an added advantage.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in Administration or facility management or logistics management. Knowledge of the cleaning industry would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate
• Must possess excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
• Must be assertive and confident
• Good time management skills
• Ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure with a little or no supervision.
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have the drive for success and be able to strive to help the Ambassadors succeed as well.
• Must be a team player with the ability to support and lead by example.
