Job Description

• We are looking for a marketing strategist. As a marketing strategist at our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the agency's and clients' business objectives.
• As such, you will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, increasing sales, and achieving overall marketing success.

Responsibilities

• Define clear and measurable marketing objectives based on business targets.
• Align these goals with the brand’s overall strategy.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans encompassing various channels (digital, social media, etc.).
• Create campaigns to increase web traffic and drive engagement.
• Regularly evaluate performance metrics, such as conversion, click-through, and ROI.
• Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Anticipate shifts in the market landscape.
• Research and Identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify gaps, customer needs, and emerging trends.
• Propose innovative ideas to promote the brand and its products.
• Oversee each platform that we manage for the organization and its clients. This will include social media accounts, websites, newsletters, and similar platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (content writing, graphics design, and video editing) to align marketing efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication).
• Proven track record as a Marketing Strategist.
• Demonstrable success with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools, social media).
• You should have a firm grasp of digital marketing, social media marketing, and key digital and social media marketing analytics tools.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable working with metrics and KPIs.
• Experience in managing teams or collaborating with cross-functional groups.

Availability:

• This role is remote, with occasional physical meetings and meetups. However, you will be expected to be present online via our work communication channels during the company’s work hours to attend to requests, provide briefs, review content, etc.
