Job Description

• We are in search of a Web Developer. As a web developer at our organisation, you will be crucial in creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites for our agency and our diverse clients.
• You will also collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and video editors to bring digital experiences to life.
• Your expertise in web development will contribute to enhancing our brand presence and those of our clients and ensure seamless functionality across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create responsive and visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.
• Develop websites using various website page builders, such as Elementor, Wix, Webflow, Divi, Brizy, and Framer.
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all web properties.
• Monitor website performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes.
• Debug and resolve technical issues related to website functionality.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align web development efforts with overall business goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional results.

Eligibility Criteria

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant website technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable development tasks.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous web development projects.

Availability:

• This role is remote, with occasional physical meetings and meetups. However, you will be expected to be present online via our work communication channels during the company’s work hours to attend to requests, provide briefs, review content, etc.
