Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying motivations.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Collaborate with team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging to drive lead generation.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions with leads and update lead information.
Communicate effectively with prospects to schedule appointments, and follow-up meetings.
Provide accurate and timely reports to management to improve lead generation strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation quotas.
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2-3 years of experience in sales, business development or customer service
A results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques for lead generation.
A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
