Job Title: Graphics Designer - Eazzy Hub

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Overview

• The ideal candidate will be designing a wide variety of content across digital and offline media. You will also ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule, establish creative direction for the company, prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Interpret briefs into creative designs in anticipation of approvals or feedback.
• Work with various internal teams to effect design preferences.
• Work with other departments and ad-hoc teams as required to achieve overall productivity.
• Contribute to team efforts by intuitively recommending and accomplishing set goals.
• Aesthetic maintenance of the company website by creating a wide range of graphics and layouts as required.
• Work with other departments as required to create brand appropriate graphics for social media and other brand communications.
• Maintain coherent brand identity across all design-led communications.
• Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used.
• Research, design, and recommend new products for the brand.
• Research and recommend best practices in design to promote overall brand image and industry competitiveness.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, or related field.
• 5-8 years relevant experience as a graphic designer or in related field will be an added advantage.
• Mastery of design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and video editing software)
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

Key Competencies / Skills:

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Reporting Skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
