Job Title: Head of I.T

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

• As the Head of Information Technology (IT), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure and systems. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the effective utilization of technology to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
• Lead the IT team in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, security, and productivity.
• Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
• Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect company assets and data.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly.
• Manage IT budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within IT
• Strong technical expertise in network administration, system integration, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results through technology.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
