Job Summary:
As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and optimizing our wireless network infrastructure to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and quality of service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct site surveys, perform RF analysis, and implement network enhancements. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can drive network performance improvements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional wireless communication experiences.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and plan wireless network infrastructure, including cell sites, antennas, and base stations, to ensure optimal coverage and capacity.
2. Conduct site surveys to assess radio frequency propagation characteristics, identify potential interference sources, and optimize network performance.
3. Perform RF analysis using industry-standard tools and techniques to evaluate signal strength, quality, and interference levels.
4. Optimize network parameters, such as power levels, frequency assignments, and handover parameters, to improve network performance and reliability.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new sites and technologies into the existing network infrastructure.
6. Conduct drive tests and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot network issues.
7. Propose and implement network optimization strategies to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality of service.
8. Stay updated with the latest RF technologies, industry standards, and best practices, recommending enhancements and improvements to the network.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians and other engineering teams during network deployment and troubleshooting activities.
10. Document network designs, optimization procedures, and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CWNP, CCNP) are a plus.
2. Proven experience as an RF Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record in designing and optimizing wireless networks.
3. In-depth knowledge of RF engineering principles, wireless communication technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), and industry standards (e.g., GSM, UMTS, LTE).
4. Proficiency in RF planning and optimization tools, such as Atoll, TEMS, or similar.
5. Experience with drive test tools and post-processing software for network performance analysis.
6. Strong understanding of network infrastructure components, including cell sites, antennas, base stations, and backhaul technologies.
7. Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, such as IP, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network performance issues.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
10. High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
