Job Summary:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting. Your role will be crucial in providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive the company's financial growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure financial integrity, optimize financial performance, and maintain compliance with regulations and accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
2. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
4. Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish financial targets and cost controls.
5. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and profitability.
6. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity and ensure financial stability.
7. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
8. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax obligations.
9. Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams, assisting in decision-making and performance evaluation.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance financial processes and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification such as ACCA, ICAN, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and accounting standards.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
5. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
7. Solid understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and compliance standards.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
10. High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary Range

150,000 - 350,000 Net | Monthly
