Job Summary:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting customer acquisition and retention efforts. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
5. Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
6. Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
7. Maintain and update customer databases and assist in the segmentation and targeting of customer segments for personalized marketing campaigns.
8. Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
9. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of marketing activities.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities, campaign results, and market insights for management review.

Qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

10. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and local market dynamics in Abuja is preferred.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary Range

250,000 - 350,000 Net | Monthly
