Kursi Group, is a Nigerian-based Mining, Mineral processing and trading company. The company was incorporated in 2005 and has since grown to become one of Nigeria’s biggest and most reliable mining and trading company. The head office is located in Abuja, with mining, operational and processing sites spread across 22 of the 36 states in Nigeria.

Kursi holds the titles for some of the most viable mineral assets in Nigeria, with combined mineral resources and reserve estimation of over 100 billion us dollars.   We mine, process and trade on base metals, precious stones and rare earth minerals. We supply to off-takers, manufacturers and end-users in the global value chain.  Our Gold mining and processing lines have the capacity for 8500 tons of ore per day, with optimal grade recovery rate. We also lead the Nigerian market in the mining and trading of Lithium, Lead, Zinc, Tin, Columbite, Tantalite, Monoxide, Manganese, Wolframite, Graphite and Fluorite.

Job Description

  • As the Receptionist, you will embody our company's first impression, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Warmly greeting and welcoming visitors upon their arrival, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
  • Maintaining the reception area and common spaces in impeccable order, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Diligently recording visitor requests and incoming calls, ensuring accurate documentation and prompt follow-up.
  • Assisting clients and visitors with inquiries, providing relevant and accurate information about our services and operations.
  • Coordinating front-desk activities, such as scheduling appointments and preparing meeting rooms, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Offering administrative support to colleagues as needed, demonstrating versatility and teamwork.
  • Executing ad-hoc administrative tasks promptly and effectively to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or equivalent.
  • Showcasing your commitment to professional growth.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role, highlighting your ability to provide exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency in managing tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, essential for maintaining accurate records and efficient operations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with visitors and colleagues.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, demonstrating your proficiency in essential office software.
