Meanwhile, job creation in the region is on the rise. The disconnect between work-ready youth and the employment market must be bridged.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Primary School Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school.
• Ensuring the implementation of the curriculum and educational policies.
• Supporting and mentoring teachers in their roles.
• Managing and evaluating staff performance.
• Handling administrative tasks such as budgeting and resource allocation.
• Collaborating with parents and the community to foster a positive learning environment.
• Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress.
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive school environment for all students.
• Promoting professional development opportunities for staff.
• Acting as a liaison between the school and educational authorities.

Requirements

• Obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Have relevant teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Obtain a teaching license or certification from the Teachers' Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).added advantage
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of educational policies and curriculum frameworks.
• Show proficiency in administrative tasks and organizational management.
•  Stay updated with current trends and developments in education.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the community.
• Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Show a genuine passion for education and the well-being of students.
