Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Functions

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as drafting correspondence, managing emails, and preparing documents and presentations.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of various projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members to ensure successful outcomes.
• Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
• Confidentiality Management: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Male for Gender Balance
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
