Job Title: Videographer

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Property Showcases: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, shoot, and edit property showcase videos that highlight the unique features and selling points of various real estate listings.
• Drone Operation: Utilize drones for aerial footage to provide a comprehensive view of properties, neighborhoods, and surrounding areas.
• Scripting and Storyboarding: Work closely with the marketing team to develop scripts and storyboards for video projects, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging strategies.
• Video Editing: Edit and post-produce videos using industry-standard software to create compelling and visually appealing content. Incorporate music, graphics, and other elements to enhance the overall quality.
• Interviews and Testimonials: Conduct interviews with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to capture testimonials and personal stories that contribute to the overall narrative.
• Live Streaming: Manage and execute live streaming sessions for virtual property tours, events, and other promotional activities.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper care and maintenance of videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements for video content.
• Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in videography and real estate marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.
• Content Distribution: Assist in the distribution of video content across various platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and other relevant outlets.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1-3 years experience.

SalaryN150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
