Job Title: Volunteer Executive Assistant

Description

• As a Volunteer Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Founder and Executive Director of Elite Star Foundation. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Executive Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
• Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
• Research and compile information as requested.
• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics.
• Answer phones and screen calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Assist with event planning and logistics (as needed).
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Positive attitude, with a passion for helping children.
• A commitment to volunteering and making a difference in the community.
