Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Agent to join our team. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers.
• You will engage with potential clients, build rapport, and close sales to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products/services to potential customers
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding customer base

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in Banking or Fintech Company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent.
