Job Description

• As a Corporate Strategy Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our corporate strategy to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
• You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to analyze market dynamics, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives.
• We are looking for a strategic thinker and effective communicator who can navigate complex business environments, provide valuable insights, and lead the execution of strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to define and refine the company's corporate strategy, mission, and vision.
• Develop strategic initiatives and action plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the company's competitive position.
• Lead and facilitate the strategic planning process, including setting goals, defining metrics, and monitoring progress.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align departmental strategies with the overall corporate strategy.
• Perform financial analysis, including evaluating investment opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and assessing financial performance.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other strategic alliances to support business growth objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on key business decisions and initiatives.
• Present strategic plans, progress updates, and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Strategy Executive, Strategy Consultant, or similar role, with a strong background in strategic planning and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of strategic planning methodologies, business models, and analytical frameworks.
• Solid understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry trends.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• High level of business acumen and ability to grasp the company's strategic objectives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary
N350,000 / Month.
