Job Title: Network Coordinator, Youth Climate Collective

Role Overview

• As the Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration among our diverse network of youth climate activists and organizations.
• You will play a key role in organizing events, coordinating campaigns, and supporting the visibility and access of the Youth Climate Collective.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the YCC through its establised platform.
• Mobilise, manage and coordinate Youth Climate Activists across the world under the YCC.
• Coordinate communication channels, including email lists, social media groups, and online forums for YCC.
• Organize virtual and in-person events, workshops, and conferences aimed at promoting the activities of the YCC.
• Support the development and implementation of advocacy campaigns and initiatives on climate change.
• Provide resources and support to help members engage in climate action efforts.
• Seek for resource, partners, funding for the YCC.

Qualifications

• 3 year working experience in network coordination especially in the Climate Space.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with strategic communications and movement building.
• Creativity and the ability to think strategically about communications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and any other relevant tools.
• Fast and adaptable learner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
