Job Description

• We are recruiting a Logistics Assistant who will work in our warehouse and distribution hub. As a Logistics Assistant, you will report to the Logistics Manager and coordinate receiving and sending of packages.
• You will be responsible for signing delivery notes, unpacking deliveries, verifying correctness, entering details into our computer system, reporting damages, picking items, and preparing packages for shipping.

Duties

• Receiving deliveries and verifying the correct quantity of items have been received.
• Signing delivery and dispatch receipts.
• Unpacking deliveries and moving items to their place of storage.
• Reporting breakages and health and safety risks or incidents.
• Ensuring the warehouse and distribution spaces are tidy and organized.
• Preparing outgoing packages for shipping.

Requirements

• Physical stamina for standing and walking throughout your shift and lifting boxes.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer and hand-held device familiarity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Memorisation and reasoning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and accept criticism.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / month.
