Job Description

• We are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and drive engagement with our target audience.
• The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for social media and a strong understanding of various social media platforms.
• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and ultimately generate leads and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into our strategy.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and amplify our message.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and manage online reputation, including addressing any negative feedback or reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on social media performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and analytics to drive decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in social media marketing.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
