Job Description
As the Operations and Business Development Manager at Amitouch Global, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our operations in Event Management, Product Activation, Branding, Logistics, and Food Manufacturing. The responsibilities will encompass both the strategic and operational aspects of our business.
Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the various departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams in Event Management, Product Activation, Branding, Logistics, and Food Manufacturing.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and long-term partnerships.
Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our client base and market presence.
Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders for potential projects and contracts.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Team Leadership and Management:
Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
Ensure effective communication and information sharing across departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in Operations, business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in a branding or marketing agency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of the local business landscape and industries in Lagos, Nigeria.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and success.
