Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to help guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimization of financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
