Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Tracking student experiences
• Maintaining record of all the organization’s customers.
• Timely creation and update of customer’s account on the CRM after each interaction
• Liaising with internal teams (such as counselling team) to ensure that gaps in the customer experience is bridged
• Regularly calling students to give updates; identify their needs or complaints and taking proactive steps to solve them
• Professionally responding to student queries in a timely and effective manner, via all platforms and recording of same on the database.

Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
