We design and masterfully craft modern-contemporary furniture pieces in harmony with our interior designs, with a blend of high quality materials, realizing your dreams & vision for your dwellings.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: 3D Visualizer

Location: Oniru - Victoria Island, Lagos
Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays).

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc. Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent level of proficiency with 3D Max, Vray - Photoshop - AutoCAD is a Must.
• Knowledge of Revit / Enscape / 3D MicroStation
• Create a variety of 3D environments.
• Experience in design workout
• Experience in follow up implementation of 3D designs
• Ability to create both high and low poly models.
• Experience with physically based rendering
• Excellent eye for lighting, colour, and details.
• Understanding client brand guidelines to ensure design meets client requirements.
• Full awareness of architectural and interior design aspects
• Working to deadlines and under-pressure.

Competencies:

• The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts.
• The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media.
• Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
• A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
• An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
