We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic insights to drive business expansion.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Data Analysis: Analyze internal and external data sets to extract meaningful insights and provide recommendations for business development strategies.
Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate the financial feasibility of potential projects, partnerships, or acquisitions.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate and prioritize potential business opportunities, considering factors such as market demand, profitability, and risk.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and proposed business development initiatives.
Prospecting: Identify potential target market (B2B & B2C). Initiate and implement the best engagement channel that delivers result.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business development efforts.
Requirements / Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in business development, market analysis, or a related field.
Experience in industries relevant to the organization is advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of long-term business plans.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, business intelligence software, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business landscapes and evolving market conditions.
