Overview
As a Real Estate Brokerage Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and growth of our real estate brokerage subsidiary.
You will lead a team of real estate agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to clients while meeting business objectives.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of real estate agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the brokerage, including setting sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations in terms of service quality and satisfaction.
Agent Training and Development: Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to agents to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance in the real estate industry.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing real estate transactions, including licensing requirements and ethical guidelines.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing decision-making and strategic planning processes.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
Negotiation and Deal Management: Oversee negotiations and deal transactions, providing guidance and support to agents to ensure successful outcomes for clients and the brokerage.
Brand Building: Represent the brokerage in the community and industry events, networking with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote brand awareness and reputation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Bbusiness, Rreal Estate, or related field (preferred).
Licensed real estate broker with a solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
Proven experience in real estate sales and brokerage management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
