Job Title: Restaurant Marketer

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote our restaurant, including online and offline channels such as social media, email marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
• Digital Marketing: Manage the restaurant's online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and online listings, to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase followers, encourage user interaction, and promote special offers and events.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns to reach out to existing customers, promote new menu items or events, and drive repeat business.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to cross-promote and increase brand visibility within the community.
• Customer Relationship Management: Implement strategies to capture customer feedback, manage online reviews, and cultivate positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and sales data, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
