Job Overview

• We are seeking a nurturing and responsible nanny to care for our children in our home. The nanny will create a safe, healthy, fun, and educational environment for our children to thrive in.
• This position involves providing all aspects of childcare while parents are at work, including meal preparation, engaging activities, transportation to/from school or activities, and light housekeeping related to the children.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide attentive childcare to our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and prepare meals and snacks for the children.
• Organize and supervise creative and educational activities (e.g., games, crafts, outdoor play).
• Assist with homework and educational activities.
• Transport children to and from school, appointments, and activities.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding their children's activities, behaviors, and development.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including children's laundry, cleaning up after meals, and tidying play areas.
• Reinforce appropriate discipline and behavior techniques as instructed by the parents.
• Administer basic first aid as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar role, preferably with references.
• Excellent understanding of child development in different age groups.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities and responsibilities.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Schedule and Benefits

• Salary: 40,000 / month.
• Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday with occasional evenings or weekends.
