Job Description

• Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Generate leads through various channels like social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and other platforms.
• Manage social media presence and engage with followers.
• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
• Organize and participate in industry events to promote services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs.
• Engage job seekers with informative job postings and events.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
