Job Description
As a Ticketing and Reservation Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to reservations and ticketing.
• You will utilize computerized reservation systems to process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with airline and hotel policies.
• Additionally, you will stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends to provide customers with relevant information and recommendations.
• Your goal will be to ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients while maximizing sales and revenue for the travel agency.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience and must know how.to use Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
