Job Title: Customer Representative & Online Sales Associate

Location: Festac, Lagos

Job Summary

• Join our team at Intertex Fabrics and Design Ltd as a Customer Representative & Online Sales Associate. This role combines the excitement of online sales with the satisfaction of providing exceptional customer service.
• From sourcing clients to closing deals, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential clients through online channels.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Close sales deals effectively, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Respond to inbound calls promptly, providing product information and assistance.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Assist the Admin Officer with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Respond to WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, and other applications promptly.
• Manage email correspondence with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure the satisfaction of both factory and store customers through attentive service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization.
• Report directly to the HR Manager and Marketing Director on sales performance, customer feedback, and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, online sales environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using various online platforms for sales and communication.
• Experience with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) is a plus.

Remuneration

• N50,000 - N70,000 / month.
• Salary plus commision.
