Job Description

• We are hiring a UI/UX Designer (with Graphics Skills for Social Media) to shape our on-demand beauty app's digital experience.

• Please note that this is an ONSITE role. No Remote, No Hybrid. DO NOT apply if your preference is remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for our on-demand beauty app, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, understanding user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and iterate on the app's user interface and experience.
• Design engaging graphics and visual assets for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to promote the app and engage with our audience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant and user-centric design solutions.
• Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all digital touchpoints, including the app, website, and social media channels.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to improve our design processes continuously and deliverables.

Key Deliverables
User Interface Designs:

• Wireframes and prototypes illustrating the app's user flow and interface layout.
• High-fidelity mockups for key screens and components, showcasing visual design and interaction patterns.
• Design specifications and style guides for consistent implementation across platforms.

Social Media Graphics:

• Eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and animations for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
• Branded templates and assets for consistent branding and messaging across social media channels.
• Engaging visual content to promote app features, special offers, and user testimonials.

User Research and Insights:

• User personas, journey maps, and usability testing reports to inform design decisions and iterate on user experience improvements.
• Analysis of social media engagement metrics and audience feedback to optimize content and messaging strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design solutions and business objectives.
• Regular presentations and design reviews to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and drive consensus among stakeholders.

• User flow diagrams and interactive prototypes demonstrating app functionality and navigation paths.
• Wireframes for key screens and user interface components, outlining layout and content structure.

High-Fidelity Mockups:

• Detailed mockups and design comps for app screens, incorporating visual design elements, branding, and typography.
• Design assets and resources (e.g., icons, illustrations, color palettes) for implementation by developers.

Social Media Graphics:

• Engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual content tailored for various social media platforms and audience demographics.
