Job Description

• As a Frontend Developer at onfleekQ, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing the user interface of our on-demand beauty platform.
• This fully on-site role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our team and contribute to the evolution of our platform.
• Please note that this is an ONSITE role in ABUJA.
• No Remote, No Hybrid. DO NOT apply if your preference is remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend of onfleekQ's web and mobile applications using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
• Implement user interface components and features to enhance the usability and functionality of the platform.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend services.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness for various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality and bug-free code.
• Stay updated on front-end development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features and enhancements on time and within scope.

Key Deliverables
Responsive User Interface:

• Development of responsive and user-friendly interfaces for onfleekQ's web and mobile applications.
• Feature Implementation:
• Implementation of frontend features and components to enhance the platform's functionality and usability.

Codebase Maintenance:

• Maintenance and optimization of frontend codebase to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Effective collaboration with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality frontend solutions.

Output:

• Enhanced user interface and experience for onfleekQ's web and mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Certification or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing frontend projects and expertise.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and preprocessors (e.g., Webpack, Sass).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) is a plus.
