Job Brief

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing innovative solutions, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing products from conception to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer feedback.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes to guide development efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to continuously improve user experience and achieve business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, Agile development practices, and UX / UI design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
