Overview

Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and market opportunities.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop effective business development strategies.

Business Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement business development plans aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Identify new revenue streams and innovative business models to drive growth in the travel and hospitality sector.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their business requirements and positioning the company's offerings accordingly.

Partnership Development:

• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances within the travel and hospitality industry.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging a combination of direct sales, channel partnerships, and distribution agreements.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.

Product Development Support:
