Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic corps member to join our team as a Front Desk Personnel.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and members of our community.
• This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and members with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our brand image and values.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain financial records and carry out basic accounting tasks.
• Provide information about our programs, services, and events to visitors and prospective clients.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and events hosted at our innovation hub.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational, accounting and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is a plus.
• Currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Preferably a resident in Wuse and environs.

• Salary: N40,000 - N50,000 / month.
