Job Description

• We are seeking dynamic and goal-driven Marketing Executives with ‘can do attitude’ to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, and boost revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to support the growth objectives of the Firm.
• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, measure campaign effectiveness, competitor products and fine-tune strategies for continual improvement.
• Develop and manage budgets for promotions, and market research.
• Create and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Perform post-event analysis to determine effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Attend networking events to attract new and retain clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Acquire and manage relationships with individual, corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Drive sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
• Ensure proper use of the database and tools to track performance, such as tele-marketing, networking social media platforms, referrals and others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Self-motivated with a drive to excel in the role.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Possess extensive marketing knowledge and experienced in sale / marketing service.
• 4-7 years professional marketing experience with proven track record of closing big sales.
• Ability to work independently and with team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
• Preferably females for gender balance.
