We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Partner

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Sales Manager /Business partnerat PK Wine Gallery, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's growth and expansion.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the brand.
  • If you're enthusiastic about the world of beverages and experiences and possess the skills to drive growth, we want you to join our team as a Sales Manager/ Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the brand's market presence and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans.

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

  • Acquire new customers and clients through strategic lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into paying customers.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's vision and values.
  • Negotiate and close distribution deals and collaborations with relevant stakeholders.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Utilize market insights to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Networking:

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network and represent the brand.

Budget Management:

  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve set business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in Sales management, business development, or a related role in the beverage or experience industry.
  • Strong understanding of the beverage industry, including market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Availability for occasional travel as required.
  • Must be a social Guru and know how to network with people.
