Job Title: Remote Phone call Telemarketing Specialist

Job Description

• As a Telemarketing Specialist at State Care, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to care homes and healthcare facilities, introducing our agency, and scheduling onsite visits.
• Utilising our telemarketing script, you will effectively communicate to our partners and clients about the benefits of partnering with State Care for their staffing needs.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with our Tech and Strategy Unit to ensure smooth client onboarding and address any client needs promptly.
• You will also be required to attend our daily participation in catch-up meetings to align strategies and efforts with the team.

Requirements and Duties

• Fluent in English, with a British accent preferred.
• Oversee telemarketing campaigns, which includes creating scripts and managing call list
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Google Doc
• Ability to make a minimum of 30 to 40 quality calls daily
• Strong understanding of phone-based marketing strategies
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
• Attend daily catch-up meetings with ourTech and Strategy Unit.
• Provide updates on call progress, scheduling, and any challenges faced.
• Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Excellent communication and phone call marketing skills.
• Maintain a stable internet connection to participate in daily meetings and access necessary online resources.
• Possess a reliable laptop for updating records and communicating with the team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
• Adapt communication style to effectively engage with clients and prospects.
• Showcase proficiency in building rapport and addressing client inquiries or concerns over the phone.
