Description 

• As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for growing the Bolt Africa TikTok account and closely collaborating with the wider team in generating ideas and executing the social media strategy.

Responsibilities
Your daily adventures will include:

• Creating content for Tikok – from ideating, executing and publication of posts, and looking for ways to engage with the community in the comment section.
• Working closely with HQ team members to brainstorm and develop social media content for other platforms that are relevant and appealing to the target audiences
• Assisting in preparing social media reports and analyzing metrics.
• Learning and staying up to date about social media trends and best practices.

Requirements
About you:

• You have a basic understanding of major social media platforms
• You are familiar with copywriting and designing simple social media visuals
• You can edit videos using basic editing platforms (e.g. Capcut)
• You are eager to learn and stay updated with social media trends
• You are attentive and receptive to instructions, feedback, and team discussions
• You are willing to learn and be flexible in carrying out tasks under supervision
• You are good at time management and can handle tasks based on given priority.
• You can manage stress well and know to resolve minor challenges and escalate issues when necessary
