Job Summary

• As the Field Enforcement and Surveillance Lead for Parking Management, you will oversee and coordinate field operations related to parking enforcement and surveillance within designated areas.
• You will lead a team of enforcement officers, monitor parking compliance, conduct surveillance activities, and ensure efficient management of parking resources.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Supervision:

• Supervise a team of parking enforcement officers and field surveillance personnel.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure effective enforcement and surveillance operations.

Enforcement and Compliance:

• Coordinate and conduct regular patrols to enforce parking regulations and ensure compliance with parking policies.
• Issue citations or warnings for parking violations and unauthorized use of parking facilities.

Surveillance and Monitoring:

• Utilize surveillance technologies (e.g., cameras, sensors) to monitor parking areas and identify violations or security issues.
• Analyze surveillance data to optimize enforcement strategies and improve resource allocation.

Incident Response and Coordination:

• Respond to parking-related incidents, complaints, or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies or emergency services as needed.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of enforcement activities, citations issued, and surveillance findings.
• Generate reports and analysis to track performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with property owners, managers, and local authorities to address parking management issues and develop effective solutions.
• Communicate parking regulations and policies to stakeholders and the public.

Technology Integration and Innovation:

• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for improved parking management, enforcement, and surveillance.
• Implement and oversee the use of parking management software and mobile applications for field operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in parking management, enforcement, or field operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of parking regulations, traffic laws, and enforcement procedures.
• Proficiency in utilizing surveillance technologies and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage complex situations effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for data management and reporting.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / month.
